UPDATE: Dad completed his journey on earth, surrounded by family and loved ones. We shared the kind messages with him in his final moments, and sang the refrain of his favorite hymn for him, How Great Thou Art.
Dad has been struggling to breathe and is catatonic. They are putting him on morphine to help him breathe more easily. The Director of Nursing here says she expects today could be his last day. If anyone would like to visit one more time, I recommend doing so today. Thank you for your loving words and prayers. He is at The Woods on French Creek in Avon.
